We empower our employees to make decisions that ultimately improve their communities, serve their neighbors, and selflessly give their time to others in need. These employee-driven allocations include:

As a company that specializes in serving the VA and DoD, we actively align our National Giving commitments with those of our customers, focusing on Veteran and military causes nationwide. These unique partnerships enable us to maximize our impact addressing critical need, high-impact programs and services related to Veterans homelessness, suicide prevention, adaptive sports and recreation therapy, mental health programs, women’s health and wellness retreats, housing and transportation, and more.

Our Local Challenge teams focus on the needs at home, creating partnerships to sustain critical programs and services for their communities to thrive. U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Development and Civic Engagement – CDCE

Working hand-in-hand to “serve those who have served.”

Our Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) support is driven by a passionate, innovative, and dedicated regional teams working one-on-one with local CDCE programs in medical facilities nationwide to identify opportunities to better serve Veterans, their families, and caregivers. This funding is designated to benefit Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) programs and initiatives to enhance the Veterans VA experience and provide financial support to those in greatest need.

Employee Match

Advancing our mission through our greatest asset…our employees.

We believe in our employees and the causes they support. First Nation Group’s Employee Match program generously matches contributions 10:1 (up to $4,000 per employee) to eligible nonprofits allowing employees to multiply their support and expand our giving reach. Contributions are not restricted to a specific cause offering our employees the freedom to continue growing our giving footprint to areas most near and dear to them.
