2023 #TOGETHERSTRONG Recognition Award
First Nation Group is proud to announce the two outstanding individuals selected for the 2023 #TOGETHERSTRONG Recognition Award, Delena (Dee) Ruiz and Tiffany Mueller-Childs!
This peer-to-peer nominated award celebrates excellence and recognizes employees who not only sustainably lead and live the First Nation Group core values but are dedicated to consistently going above and beyond as well.
Delena (Dee) Ruiz
Working to make sure our daily order flow runs smoothly, Dee Ruiz, Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator, works closely with our manufacturers to assist with the management of the company’s supply chain and inventory management process. Dee reveals her #TOGETHERSTRONG spirit everyday by helping others and doing so with a positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none, and her ability to make people smile is truly a gift.
Since joining First Nation Group in 2019, she has continually upheld the company’s mission, vision, and values. Dee is actively involved in supporting the Fort Myers Local Challenge team and participates in giving, in and out of the office. Her dedication to making a positive impact on the community is inspiring – outside of her commitment to giving back with the First Nation Group team, you can find Dee volunteering at her favorite local dog rescue, Cape Coral Animal Shelter, or supporting the charity most near and dear to her heart, Hermosa Templo, a small, family church that has been running since 1976 in San Antonio, TX. Dee continues to excel not only in her role at First Nation Group, but also in making a difference in the lives of others!
Tiffany Mueller-Childs
Tiffany Mueller-Childs, Patient Solutions Clinical Specialist Team Lead, is a natural leader who cares about her fellow co-workers and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is responsible for communicating with VA clinical staff, setting up Veteran patients with various medical devices, and leading the Patient Solutions team in ensuring those served are connected to care with comfort and confidence, at home. Her hard work and dedication have contributed immensely to the success of our Patient Solutions platform – Tiffany continually goes above and beyond to make sure that every Veteran receives undivided attention and the best possible care throughout their journey.
Her giving spirit can be witnessed in her continued efforts to help her local community on top of her support for each First Nation Group giving initiative. She was an active participant at the Oscar Mike Annual Fundraiser Ball as well as the US Wheelchair Rugby Association National Championships, where she took to the sidelines to capture stats throughout each game over the three-day event. Tiffany supports nonprofit organizations such as the Other Guys Law Enforcement Club, Hogs for Heroes, and Sexual Assault and Children Advocacy Centers. Her passion for First Nation Group shines throughout the company and her dedication to the Veterans she serves is an inspiration to all those around her.
To be nominated for the annual #TOGETHERSTRONG Recognition Award, employees are required to have served a minimum of one year with First Nation Group. They demonstrate, in and out of the office, trust, generosity, unity, dedication, and compassion, the founding principles of First Nation Group’s values. These employees have shown they are dependable, exhibit superior customer service, positively represent the company, and remain an active participant in both First Nation Group’s charitable giving activities as well as in their very own communities.
First Nation Group is proud to honor both Dee Ruiz and Tiffany Mueller-Childs as well as each of the 2023 nominees through this employee recognition award.
