First Nation Group is pleased to recognize Rebecca Schultz and Brian Hanson as the distinguished recipients of this year’s 2025 #TOGETHERSTRONG Award, honoring their exceptional contributions and unwavering service!

This peer-to-peer nominated award celebrates excellence and recognizes employees who not only sustainably lead and live the First Nation Group core values but are dedicated to consistently going above and beyond as well.

Rebecca Schultz

As Sales Liaison Specialist, Rebecca Schultz is a powerhouse at the heart of First Nation Group, keeping operations running smoothly and teams connected. From fielding product inquiries and preparing quotes to updating price lists and partnering with OEMs on backorders, she brings precision and momentum to every task. Her daily collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Patient Solutions, Business Development, and U.S Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offices makes her a trusted anchor across the organization. With her sharp insight, calm dependability, and commitment to clear communication, Rebecca elevates every project she touches and strengthens the support we provide to Veterans and VA personnel.

Rebecca’s impact reaches far beyond her day-to-day role – her leadership shines just as brightly in the Fort Myers community. As a lead on the Fort Myers Local Challenge team, she partners closely with local nonprofits to uncover real needs and drive meaningful support, especially through her work with Collier-Lee Honor Flight and Hearts and Homes for Veterans. She also played a key role on the National Volunteer Month Committee, helping organize impactful service opportunities and inspiring teammates to step up, get involved, and make a difference where it counts.

Brian Hanson

Brian Hanson, Accounting Manager, is a driving force behind the integrity and clarity of First Nation Group’s financial operations. He leads daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions, oversees accurate and timely reporting, and builds systems that keep the company’s financial information consistent, transparent, and reliable. With his steady presence, sharp attention to detail, and well-grounded recommendations, Brian helps shape best practices that keep his department efficient and aligned with organizational goals. Whether he’s analyzing complex data, streamlining processes, or partnering with teams across the company, he brings professionalism, insight, and a solution-focused mindset that strengthens both the Finance team and First Nation Group as a whole.

Beyond his financial expertise, Brian’s generosity and community spirit make an unmistakable impact. As a leader of the Michigan Local Challenge team, he builds strong relationships with nonprofits across Ann Arbor and Detroit – including multiple partners at the Samaritan Center – coordinating meaningful volunteer opportunities and ensuring our support meets each organization’s most pressing needs. His thoughtful, hands-on leadership strengthens these partnerships and motivates teammates to step up and give back in powerful ways. Brian also played a key role during National Volunteer Month, helping organize service activities that united the team and expanded First Nation Group’s reach within the community.

To be nominated for the annual #TOGETHERSTRONG Recognition Award, employees are required to have served a minimum of one year with First Nation Group. They demonstrate, in and out of the office, trust, generosity, unity, dedication, and compassion, the founding principles of First Nation Group’s values. These employees have shown they are dependable, exhibit superior customer service, positively represent the company, and remain an active participant in both First Nation Group’s charitable giving activities as well as in their very own communities.
