Employee Spotlight: Julio Inoa

First Nation Group is proud to introduce September’s Employee Spotlight, Julio Inoa! Julio plays a key role on the First Nation Group team as a Customer Service Representative. On a day off, you will most likely find Julio hitting the movie theater to checkout the latest releases or collecting movie prop replicas from some of his favorite movies!

Julio works hard day in and day out to ensure that First Nation Group continues to provide the outstanding care and support that our Veterans so greatly deserve.

Be sure to read the full interview and get a sneak peek into the life of Julio Inoa through this month’s Employee Spotlight!

Do you have a charity that is near and dear to your heart? Who and why?
One nonprofit organization that I care about is To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA). They are dedicated to assisting people suffering from depression and addiction. They also focus heavily on suicide prevention. Mental health is an important issue to me, and it deserves greater awareness. I believe TWLOHA was founded in Florida as well.

What do you love most about First Nation Group?
I love how First Nation Group truly cares about Veterans, in regard to both the end customer and all the opportunities to give back through charity.

“Julio is an essential member of the customer service team. He is extremely driven and performs his job exceptionally. We are very happy to have him on our team!”

– Alyssa Santana, Customer Service Assistant Manager

What advice would you give to a new hire at First Nation Group?
I would say never be afraid to ask for help. First Nation Group provides a welcoming environment, and they care about their employees.

What are three words you would use to describe First Nation Group?
Charitable. Mission-driven. Motivating.

Julio, we truly appreciate everything you do as an exceptional member of the First Nation Group family!
