Employee Spotlight: Laura Campbell

First Nation Group is proud to introduce January’s Employee Spotlight, Laura Campbell! Laura plays a key role on the First Nation Group team as a Billing Specialist. On a day off, you will most likely find Laura spending time with friends, shopping, scrapbooking, or going for walks, if the weather is nice.

Laura is a hard-working team player who assists in any way she can by helping other staff members. She is always eager to learn new things and steps in where help is needed, making it unsurprising she is so fantastic at what she does. Be sure to read the full interview and get a sneak peek into the life of Laura Campbell through this month’s Employee Spotlight!

Do you have a charity that is near and dear to your heart? Who and why?
All animal rescues! I have gotten all three of my cats from an animal rescue. One nonprofit that is close to my heart is Always Hope Animal Rescue. I rescued one of my cats from there. I enjoy rescuing cats because it makes me feel good that they are getting a loving home. I am happy there are cat rescues because this is the best way to get a cat. My cats are the joy of my life, and I love them so very much!

Do you have any New Year’s resolutions for 2022?
Yes! Do more yoga, be more positive towards myself, and find true happiness within myself and my life.

What advice would you give to a new hire at First Nation Group?
You will love working at First Nation Group! Everyone works well together, and you can always ask for help if needed.

What is a stand-out memory from working at First Nation Group?
I just love having the opportunity to be a part of a great group of people that work so well together.

What are three words you would use to describe First Nation Group?
Appreciative. Family-oriented. Supportive.

Thank you for being such an exceptional member of the First Nation Group family, Laura!
