Introducing Mike Bicking, our outstanding Logistics Coordinator and one of the dedicated behind-the-scenes team members who helps keep everything running seamlessly. From managing day-to-day logistics to supporting both our team and customers, Mike plays an essential role in keeping operations on track and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
When he’s off the clock, Mike is all about adventure – camping, hiking, 4-wheeling, and exploring new places whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes!

Relay for Life – I have lost a few family members to cancer, and I also have loved ones who are currently battling it. Supporting this cause is very meaningful to me and close to my heart.

What is a standout memory from working at First Nation Group?
After Hurricane Irma hit Florida, I was one of the last warehouse workers without power. First Nation Group provided my household with a hotel room for three days so we could get a good night’s sleep, shower, and cool off with air conditioning.

When I was invited to take part in the National Veterans Wheelchair Games in New Orleans, LA, I helped with setup and spent time cheering on and motivating the Veterans. I also placed inspirational quotes in the sandpit, which made for an unforgettable experience.
