First Nation Group is proud to introduce October’s Employee Spotlight, Phil Walker! Phil is a key member of the First Nation Group as the Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager.
Outside of work, Phil lives and breathes all things baseball! Those who know Phil would describe him as a family man and a coach, not only in his personal life, but with the First Nation Group team as well. He strives to ensure those around him are achieving all they set out to do.
Below is a a sneak peek into the life of Phil Walker through this month’s Employee Spotlight.
What is a fun fact about you that may surprise people?
I know every single state capital in the United States of America. It’s surprising how many people do not know state capitals.
Do you have a charity that is near and dear to your heart?
I support any nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to our Veterans and support autism.
What do you love most about First Nation Group?
I love how First Nation Group truly cares about Veterans, in regards to both the end customer and all the opportunities to give back through our charitable giving.

What is a stand-out memory from working at First Nation Group?
Our Veterans Day (Day of Service) park clean-up in 2021. Another stand-out experience is the work First Nation Group is doing now with the Hurricane Ian disaster relief in Fort Myers, FL, for all employees impacted by the natural disaster.
What are three words you would use to describe First Nation Group?
TOGETHERSTRONG. Dedicated. Respected.
