Santedra plays an important role in supporting both our customers and team, bringing dedication, positivity, and a commitment to exceptional service to her role each day. Outside of work, Santedra enjoys spending quality time with her family and catching up on her favorite TV shows – a great way to relax and recharge!

We strive to inspire excellence and teamwork. Tell us about a time that you felt inspired at First Nation Group.
When I was invited to volunteer at the National Veterans Golden Age Games as well as the National Veterans Wheelchair Games.
Both of these events were new experiences for me, and I loved spending time with my team and the Veteran athletes!
What is a quote or affirmation you live by?
This too shall pass.
Do you have a charity that is near and dear to your heart? Who and why?
CASA is a domestic violence shelter that provides support and resources for survivors of domestic violence. I know many women, including myself, who have experienced situations like this, so I truly admire the work they do. Having a safe place to turn to can make a meaningful difference, especially when someone may feel ashamed or embarrassed to ask family or friends for help. I’m grateful organizations like CASA are there to provide support when it’s needed most.

The culture, the team, and giving back to the communities where we live and work. I also admire the love First Nation Group has for their employees.
