First Nation Group Shines a Spotlight on K9s For Warriors at Quarterly Cause Connection!

At First Nation Group, our commitment to giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Since 2020, our Quarterly Cause Connection (QCC) series, an employee lunch + learn webinar series, has been the perfect blend of virtual education and heartfelt philanthropy. This quarter, we had a paw-sitively amazing time highlighting our partner, K9s For Warriors!

Our QCC virtual series brings the First Nation Group team together to connect with incredible nonprofits, share stories, and rally support for causes close to our hearts. Last month, we were thrilled to spotlight K9s For Warriors, an organization dedicated to providing highly trained service dogs to military Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and/or military sexual trauma (MST).

With the majority of the dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows each K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.

Warrior Dave Crenshaw joined First Nation Group during last month’s QCC to share his inspiring story and insights into the impactful work being done at K9s For Warriors. But that’s not all – our Fort Myers, FL, team had a special visit from Warrior Dylan Sands and his Service Dog, Maggie, who gave our team a firsthand look at how Maggie has changed his life.

These stories not only touched our hearts but also reinforced the profound difference that service dogs make in the lives of Veterans. It was a powerful reminder of why we support organizations like K9s For Warriors, and the experiences shared left our team deeply motivated to continue our mission of making a positive impact.

First Nation Group is grateful to partner with such an inspiring organization. Our collaboration amplifies their mission and underscores our shared commitment to honoring and uplifting those who have served our country.

Thank you for everything you do, K9s For Warriors! #TOGETHERSTRONG, we strive to make a meaningful impact and continue championing the well-being of our heroes.
