Damon Ackison

Damon Ackison, Director of Capture Management for Private Label Products, leads the development and expansion of First Nation Group’s generic pharmaceutical offerings. He focuses on identifying market opportunities, assessing financial and regulatory factors, and fostering manufacturing and packaging partnerships to ensure compliance, contract fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. His strategic oversight drives business growth and strengthens First Nation Group’s impact in Government contracting.

With 30 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, dispensing, wholesale, and distribution, Ackison has held key roles in product management, finance, analytics, and business strategy. He has led acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations across multiple organizations, delivering results through strong leadership and strategic execution.

Ackison attended Franklin University and holds certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute, Scotwork North America, and Asana Project Management. A Columbus, Ohio, native and lifelong Buckeye fan, he enjoys golfing, fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, Keri, their two children, and their pets.
