Jacob Baugh

Jacob Baugh’s journey with First Nation Group began in 2019 as a Finance and Accounting intern. Today, he serves as Business Process Manager for the First Nation Group Pharmaceuticals Division, applying analytical expertise and strategic insight to develop and streamline processes that support the company’s operational goals.

Baugh manages chargeback reporting with manufacturing partners and builds critical analytics tools that execute First Nation Group’s proven strategy – delivering value to both the Federal Government and manufacturing partners. He holds a BSBA in Finance, cum laude, from The Ohio State University. He also completed a Spanish minor through studies at Universidad Latina in Costa Rica.

Baugh is driven by the pursuit of financial excellence and purpose-led work. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys playing strategy games and spending time with his family.
