Michael Jarosz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Nation Group, LLC, has over 40 years of diversified experience in financial management, administration and operations. While serving as CFO for Patton Holdings, FH Martin Construction Company, Inland, Silverman Companies, Diversey Lever, Captec Financial Group, and Jordan Reses Supply Company, he refined his business acumen and drive for excellence before taking the financial helm at First Nation Group in 2016.
Highly adept at developing cost-effective programs with successful outcomes to further benefit the lives of veterans and the underserved communities where First Nation Group operates, Jarosz serves as a key member of the Executive Management team. He plays a strategic role in the overall management of the company, including oversight of planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities. Jarosz is a transformational leader, whose expertise in accounting, forecasting, strategic planning, tax strategy, HR, risk management and commercial insurance programs, merger and integration activities, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing, have helped to establish First Nation Group’s place as a highly respected supplier of products, service and support to veterans.
Based in Niceville, Florida, Jarosz holds CPA certification in both Florida and Michigan, along with a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
