Vinny Valinotti

Vinny Valinotti serves as Director of Contracts at First Nation Group, bringing more than three decades of experience in federal contracting through the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Medical Supply Chain. Prior to joining First Nation Group, he retired from DLA in 2021, where he served as Chief of the Pricing Branch for the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor program. With expertise across all facets of supply chain management – including inventory control, order fulfillment, pricing negotiations, catalog development, and the evaluation and administration of multi-billion-dollar contracts – Valinotti contributes a strategic, results-driven approach to the organization.

Valinotti also served 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Medical Service Corps Officer, retiring at the rank of Colonel. His distinguished military career spanned training, operations, and logistics roles, with leadership responsibilities ranging from small teams to units of over 1,000 personnel. Among his most notable assignments, he served as a Division-level Inspector General and as Commander of a Medical Task Force deployed to Kosovo in support of Operation Joint Guardian, a NATO-led peacekeeping mission. He is a proud member of the Order of Military Medical Merit.

In his free time, Valinotti enjoys traveling, both internationally and locally, with his wife, camping and hiking in the great outdoors, and attending live concerts whenever possible.
