Clarix® 1K is a cryopreserved, ultra-thick* human Amniotic Membrane (AM) that is up to 10x thicker than AM only, allowing for superior handling and increased longevity in the surgical site. It can be used in a wide array of surgical wound and soft tissue applications.
Clarix 1K is intended for homologous use as a wound covering, barrier membrane, conduit, and/or cushion.
BioStem's proprietary CryoTek cryopreservation process is the only process proven to preserve the structural integrity and molecular components of fresh tissue delivering a premium ultra-thick* minimally-manipulated Amniotic Membrane allograft derived from Umbilical Cord.
