UrgoTul™ Ag/Silver can help restore contact layer with silver in both chronic and acute wounds. This product is a flexible, conformable polyester mesh contact layer bandage that delivers broad-spectrum antibacterial activity directly to the wound site.
Made with TLC-Ag™ – a combination of fatty substances, hydrocolloid and silver salt particles – this product has been proven to reduce both inflammation and the presence of infectious microbes including MRSA to promote faster healing. Clinical tests have shown the removal of up to 99.9% of biofilms after only one day of UrgoTul Ag/Silver Contact Layer use.
UrgoTul Ag/Silver is indicated for the treatment of wounds with signs of local infection. This includes both chronic wounds, like pressure ulcers and leg ulcers, and acute wounds, such as partial-thickness burns, dermabrasions, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds, and more.
