First Nation Group is proud to announce The First Nation Group Foundation, a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Guided by a commitment to service and driven by compassion, the foundation is dedicated to addressing the most critical health and social needs of Veterans, active-duty military members, and underserved communities where we live and work.
Focused on six key areas of impact, the foundation is committed to empowering individuals and communities, enhancing the quality of life for those who have given so much.

By tackling mission-driven priorities, The First Nation Group Foundation seeks to foster resilience, support well-being, inspire hope, and strengthen communities for both those who have served and those in need. From cheering on adaptive sports heroes to fostering mentorship programs for future leaders, the foundation stands as a force for good – #TOGETHERSTRONG, sparking positive change and building healthier, more vibrant communities.
Kendra Smith Scholarship
Honoring the late Kendra Tennille Rayner Smith, a beloved First Nation Group employee and healthcare advocate, The First Nation Group Foundation proudly announces the Kendra Smith Scholarship. This renewable $10,000 award supports exceptional high school seniors from select states pursuing careers in healthcare, empowering future leaders to carry forward Kendra’s legacy of compassion and service.
